Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We accept returns and exchanges for new products within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following key conditions:
Condition: Items must be returned in new, non-defective condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is done by mail. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Shipping Settings: Since your policy states costs are "calculated at checkout," make sure you have set up Carrier Calculated Shipping (connecting USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or set up Weight-Based Rates in your Squarespace dashboard under Commerce > Shipping.
